Sesame Chicken Bento
I am still experimenting with my rice, but I love how this turned out. I froze the rice ball as just rice, no filling, and then put the filling in the lower tier. This way I could reheat the veggies and chicken in the microwave at lunchtime but not dry my rice out by reheating it twice (once before packing and again to warm the meat, I don’t like room temp meat 😛 ). It was delicious, the hot chicken with the room temperature rice were great together! I had packed some extra sauce on the side, but ended up not needing it, it was so good by itself. 🙂 This is a Bento favorite for me now!
