Spinach Tamagoyaki

This Bento may not look like much, but actually took longer than the other bentos this week because I didn’t have anything prepped the night before….Remember when i had the Sesame Spinach on Monday in my bento? I really didn’t like the texture of wet spinach, so i found a workaround with the remaining chunk, spinach tamagoyaki! The sweet sauce from the spinach actually works great with the egg,  and add a little soy sauce on top and it is even better! I’m pretty pleased with my quick fix, it’s better than throwing away good spinach! The bottom tier is a Pink Lady apple with 2 slices cut like rabbits. a MeltyKiss japanese chocolate (yum!) is squeezed next to the tamagoyaki for an little treat. 🙂
