Chicken Fried Steak Bento
Ok, so I know this isn’t the healthiest of main meals, but man is it good! My husband has Tuesdays off so yesterday he cooked up a full course meal of chicken fried steak with green beans, mashed potatoes, and pineapple. I love that man! 😀 So naturally I made sure to save some for lunch today, but I TRIED to be somewhat good and filled the smaller tier of my bento with the chicken fried steak. That counts as being healthier right? RIGHT. The little blue strawberry container has some gravy in it, because it’s not chicken fried steak if there is no gravy! Shush, I say so. The bottom tier has some grapes and sliced kiwi and a small muffin cup full of steamed broccoli with a cheese slice on top. And, since I had some time left, I tried my hand at a cherry rose.
